I haven't gotten organized enough for a once a week cooking party, but I do try and cook at least 3 meals a week for twice the serving size. That way I get at least have a couple of days a week to relax.

Do you store cooked meals in glass containers? There so much information out there about plastic containers not good for health. Plus, some even think microwave heating is not good for health

I do what you suggest for my family. Nonetheless, I always wonder whether meals cooked during weekend are as healthy as fresh meals cooked. I wonder if they still provide enough nutrients and vitamins like fresh meals.

Thanks. Fruit flies are also attracted to rotting bananas, potatoes, onions and other unrefrigerated produce purchased at the grocery store. Fruit flies can be a problem year round, but are especially common during late summer/fall because they are attracted to ripened or fermenting fruits and vegetables.

Wow,

Great recipe!

I like how you put an emphasis on organic ingredients (especially on the dairy.)

Personally I can really tell the difference between non-organic and organic dairy, and eggs more than any other food.

Cool pic on this recipe too, did you take it yourself?

Thanks again!
