Grand Marnier Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 peach, peeled 2 plums 24 green seedless grapes, cut in half 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons grand Marnier
Instructions:
In a bowl mix the fruit, lemon juice, sugar and grand Marnier. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours for the fruit to absorb the liqueur. Spoon fruit over low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt or serve fruit in bowls with a side of whipped topping.
