VEGAN APPLE MUFFINS

1/4 c applesauce and 2 TBSP cornstarch 
  1tsp baking powder
  1/2 tsp baking soda
  1/4 tsp salt 
  1tsp cinnamon
  1/2 tsp nutmeg
  1/2 TBSP lemon juice and 1/2 c avocado
  1c brown sugar
  1c chopped apples
   
  Mix together and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. If it is too dry add a splash of almond milk or a bit of coconut oil.
